Our first night in San Francisco we stumbled upon The Castro Theatre and a screening of Singin' in the Rain. Though I've seen it dozens of times, I've never seen it on the big screen. For the quarter of an hour before the film started, music from the film was performed on the theatre's organ. There was a decent crowd assembled to watch the classic. I wish there were more movie theatres like this around.
